Saturdays are a party here at One Fellowship! Each week, coaches surprise the squad with a partner or team workout designed to start the weekend off right with your swolemates.  If you’re new to our gym, these community-centric workouts are a great opportunity to meet our members and get a sense of what we’re all about here at One Fellowship Fitness.
